He's pretty much the hardest one to unlock. I would use Twili Midna for a quick clear with her C3 Move. I would honestly save him for last to Unlock because the stage is annoying for lower levels.

You are limited to Ganondorf unless you A-Rank on that stage. Raise Ganondorf so you can beat the stage and unlock Young Link easily. The Item Card you need to use there is a Bomb. I can't tell you in picture because my region is Japan, but I can tell you that it's 2 spaces to the right of the ladder.

Now, for the stage where you may be stuck at, defeat the Stalmaster that is trying to ambush the Allied Base first. Then, defeat the Big Poe that is close to the Allied Base. Next, stay in the Allied Base and clear out all of the high morale enemies that are in and around the Allied Base. Eventually, Big Poe commander will go to the Allied Base as well. …

When you defeat the Big Poe commander and the Allied Base is safe enough, then defeat the Stalmaster that is close to the Rogue Base, and then the Stalmaster commander. Remember to rescue Cia if necessary.
