fox's voice

what do so many people find so bad about fox's voice in smash 4? it's completely fine! it's (in my opinion) just as good as melee & brawl's!

    Well, many people (like me) just find that voice silly compared to Brawls. And Melee fox was ugly and had worse voice IMO. It's up to personal opinion though. I think Fox had the same voice actor in Star Fox Zero and I actually liked his voice here.

    Well for one, nasally high-pitched wails are awful to hear. Secondly, coming from Brawl where his voice was pretty deep and at LEAST a little menacing makes this scratchy voice sound so bad...and thirdly there are lots of characters using their voice clips from Brawl, but they changed Fox's voice seemingly for the worse. It was meant to match Starfox 64 3D, but it doesn't even sound like that...

    Delivering your lines like a cheesy, peppy, kid's cartoon character works for Mario, but not for Fox.

    maybe i don't find it bad because i don't have THAT much experience with other smash games & most of the characters i play a lot either have somewhat high-pitched voices or don't speak
