Can someone Plz tell me how to fix a Super Smash Bros disc for Wii u when it is scratched on the front

I tried cleaning. Even cleaning with rubbing alcohol

    "Rubbing alcohol"? No! That might make it even worse! Use a soft cloth, or bring it to a gamestore and ask them to fix it if nothing is helping.
