Has anyone else noticed how sad the fairies look, while Link smiles at their capture, only to sacrifice them to temporarily prolong his own life? He is a messed up kid. Maybe the apparent absence of his mother and father has finally gotten to him after loosing his sister? All of this from ONE screenshot.
