Worth getting?

Heard this has layers, and I got interested. I don't really want to waste my money though if it's gonna be a carbon copy of PAA, so to the users who do have this, is it better than PAA?

    The tutorials are super easy. It's following step by step instructions. I love the layers they really help.

    It's basically an upgraded PAA. It has layers now, so coloring/making bases is easier. It also has sparkles.

    Yesssss It has layers, Multiple types of each tool (3 types of each minimum), The sparkle tool (btw, you unlock new types of the sparkle tool with each set of lessons), And last but not least... NO PESKY LOGO!
