Help! Multiple "Disc Could Not Be Read" Error Messages

I REALLY need some help right now! In the past 24 hours my Smash Wii U game has failed to load... THREE TIMES!!! I do not know what to do! Any advice, please? It would be very appreciated!

    @Sonic - I have had this disc since Christmas 2014, and it does not seem to be the Wii U console that is the problem. Could the disc be wearing out?

    that use to happen to me, itll only get worse. i recommend you buy the digital copy or if you don't want to, send it to nintendo. although, they charge a lot.

    Did you try cleaning the disc with a CD cleaning solvent and a soft cloth? That sometimes does the trick if there aren't any noticeable scratches on it. If there ARE scratches, then you may want to invest in a new disc.

    Try: A: Ditto from up there ^ B: Get a new copy C: Find Illuminati Comfirmed on the chip and clean it out D: Smash the game disc if all else fails.

    @Silvereye - There are no noticeable scratches on the disc, so I'll try to find a CD cleaning solvent.

    probably need a new copy. you might have spilled something on it or scratch in deep somewhere. I tried disc cleaner back with wii and it didn't quite help so im not quite for it.
