Is there gonna be one more DLC character

The reason why i decided to do this is because there is 7 DLC characters and 8 players smash sooo is there gonna be one more and that it. If it is who would it be?

    They said Smash for the Wii U & 3DS are complete but they haven't said anything about the NX. Current Rumors suggest Smash NX will likely be an edited port of Smash for Wii U. People are speculating that the Ice Climbers may return for Smash NX because we know they had them running on the Wii U. The Ice Climbers where only cut because they didn't work on the 3ds version of smash.
