The Miiverse Admins suck at their job.

Recently I've been browsing the communities of Miiverse. I've seen many acts of bullying, and criticism. I've also seen a 30 year old man literally flirt with a 12 year old. Clearly Nintendo is terrible at choosing Administrator's. If you can't at least delete an offensive post, then quit your job. You are not doing anything to help anyone.

Miiverse admins aren't people -_- Sure, there are a few people that check out violations when people claim they didn't actually violate the CoC and people that keep the site up and running smoothly, but the majority of reports are run through a computer system. Because no one wants to sit at a desk 24/7 and read every post on every community.

Yeah. Humans programmed them to only take actions if someone "reports a violation" and when you get reported: you're stuck. Even if you say "I did not violate the CoC" they are like "We have checked the reported content and we are determined that it is a violation". Basically, we can manipulate the admins to delete posts or ban users that you don't like. And that, my friend, is false reporting
