help?

I love all my friends they are like family to me.I wanna help them in anyway I can.So I have a friend ( not naming names ) she isnt feeling herself and feeling rundown hopeless so me and my other friend try to help our friend,But she pushes us away sometimes and we try our damn hardest to help her and thats what we will do and we will the problem is I donno where to start. help?
