is zelda breath of the wild going to have any temples or dungeons beacause i have been watching alot of e3 videos on youtube and it looks pretty much like your just hunting and discovering things.

Yes, BOTW is still going to have the usual quest to the dungeons and other traditional things. All the gameplay videos from the E3 demo purposely removed any other NPCs, towns, and stayed away from dungeons and the story to avoid any spoilers.

Yes, they've confirmed that in addition to smaller puzzle oriented shrines that there will also be large dungeons like in earlier Zelda titles. There will also be far more in the way of NPC's and villages than what was shown in the demo. They removed those to prevent spoiling the story.

Well, that saved me explaining it. I'll just add this. There are 100 shrines. I don't know how many dungeons though.
