    My idea was basically "Girl who is in a hospital and knows she is going to die, but her relatives/doctors continue to try to keep her alive as long as they can. The angel wings represent her being freed from her condition, but they are held down by wires as a symbol of the constant treatments." Which is weird, because I never think of this kind of stuff. o_o
