Battle mode problems.

Battle mode is fun when I'm actually able to play. I try connecting to a server and it often takes several tries. And when I do get in sometimes people form alliances or just don't attack each other (reason why battle mode shouldn't have voice chat). Then when I try to make my own game, it takes forever to find players (probably just because I have voice chat off).
