スネークマンステージのE缶入手方法

どうやってE缶を入手すればいいか教えてください。色々やりましたがどうしてもできません。知っていればよろしくお願いします。

    僕の場合は、一度上の画面まで行き、すぐ下の画面にします。(画面が下にスクロールしたら十字キーはそのままに)

    画面の一番上で待ち、ラダープレス(梯子にいる敵)の「ガチッ」という音を合図にAボタンを押して飛び降り(そして、その直後に十字キーを右上に入れてい)ればギリギリ梯子を掴めます。
