Corrin/Fates Question

Why does Corrin's dragon form use water insted of fire, like normal dragons?

  • Because thats what the creators wanted. Dragons can breathe many things besides fire so they decided to have Corrin breathe water.

    It's a design choice. Fire is the same 'breath' that almost every single fictional dragon uses in some form! It would be dull to use the same idea that almost everyone else has already used. And as previously mentioned, bodies of water, like lakes, are a key detail in the lore and story of Fire Emblem Fates.

  • That was a serious answer. Why does a dragon have to be restricted to just a fire element? It's more creative and unique when it can shoot elements that you wouldn't easily predict.
