    In the remake, nothing. You needed to bring it to Lenzo in the original in order to obtain the Deluxe Picto Box; here, he just gives you a Joy Pendant if you bring him one.

    Looks like you're playing through the Second Quest, judging by your clothes...If you obtain the DX Picto Box during your first playthrough, it carries over if you decide to play the Second Quest.
