Elvira taken down without too much difficulty (without Decoy, Astral Protection, Reflect, Lock and Resistance abuse) using the Tank Shield Medic Free Build. It still has one lethal multihit beam attack that can be extremely dangerous (hitting around 18k 4 times, so it can possibly kill me twice in one move).
