    It's alright imo, but I didn't like how Dr. Wily looked. Chibi is not a style he belongs in.

    The chibi art style may be a let down to some fans, but I still consider Powered Up to be one of the best remakes ever.

    The art style and the overly-upbeat remixed soundtrack are the only things keeping me from liking it enough to get it. On the other hand, it has a level editor, free DLC, and unlockable characters.
