    Top tier is too low for Shulk. And when comparing everyone else to Shulk, they may as well be bottom tier. That's why a top tier is not listed.

    1. Cloud can't really feel it 2. Cloud doesn't know the Monado's power 3. Shulk has one of the best counters in the game 4. Monado Arts 5. Shulk has better range

    "shulk has one of the best counters in the game" so let's just say i've managed to hit a Shulk with the Home-Run bat, which he then counters. ...i didn't even go so far while my damage was at 43% before he countered. sorry, i can't believe that.

    Shulk's counter is widely considered one of the best in the game (it was considered THE best, until Corrin and Bayonetta were released). Anyway, I don't feel like continuing this argument. This post wasn't intended to be taken seriously anyway.
