Ok I need help....

Ok, so you probably all remember Austin. Well, we got back together and its been amazing. The problem is, whenever we talk on the phone, its so awkward. I get butterflies in my stomach and I start skaking and sweating. Please help me because I want to talk to my boyfriend without being nervous. How do I talk to him without being scared????

    maybe thats the problem. if you havent talked to someone in a while/never spoke to them verbally, it causes temporary anxiety

    Just be yourself. Being nervous is natural but you got to get through that. Take deep breaths. Listen to what he says. Ask him questions. Basically, do all the things you'd do in a normal conversation. Think of him as friend and talk to him like that. Trust me, guys, especially his age, won't have the highest expectations.
