In other words, wait to get all the dlc and unlock all upgrades, meanin I'll have no reason to even unlock these skills. Am I right?

    DLC weapons don't count. You just need the Lv.1-4 weapons of all characters except Medli and the upcoming ones.

    Like it was said above me, you don't need DLC to unlock those, that's core game stuff right their. So everything from Adventure Map to Termina Map is core game. Master Wind Waker map to A Link Between Worlds map is DLC, which makes every unlockable weapon on them don't count.

    The Master Sword? Not really. It has the highest attack power out of any weapon in the game. with both skills unlocked, it's attack power is boosted to 900. Plus it unlocks the attack power boost skill, "Legendary" for everyone else. I got a Toon Link with a 5 star tier 4 weapon with the attack power of 840. Every other 5 star tier 4 weapons base power is 750.

    the first one's spoiler too... my point is, the skills on the ms are pointless if you have to get all lv3 weapons b4 even being able to unlock 10,000, and by then, all other weapons are well enough to get STAR on their own. It's nerfef by the magical sword

    But then again, I'll say, it's optional, if you want to unlock the skills or not. But if you want to 100% everything, you pretty much have to unlock them.
