We managed to retrieve the alien mech, but ran into a snag. Tatsu hitched a ride on board one the salvage helicopters and ended up attracting the Tainted. When things looked bleak a giant bird creature flew in and took out three Tainted Sphinxes. It didn't attack us thankfully. Back at the Restricted Hangar, Lin took a crack at examining the wreck. Turns out it could be some kind of Skell.
