can someone tell me which indigens contain a blue tentacle? im on the affinity quest "a day in the life" and im stuck on it.

Those are actually rather rare drops, easiest just to purchase it from the Network Console in the back room in the Blade Barracks if you have a few spare Reward Tickets lying around.

the mission actually tells you the enemy, placid duoguills, they appears at night, and indeed are a little rare drops, aim the tentacles for better chances.

( -o-)/ see wat you should do since lots of missions require stuff from enemies is just go outside and kill a buch of enemies so when u do missions like this you'll already have the stuff!
