Properly equipped, the Lailah Queen can be nearly invincible when in constant Overdrive, with its Increased Defense, Immunity to Status Effects, and HP Regen. Used mine to out-tank Telethia while never dropping below about 90% of my max HP.

Lailah Queen is the ultimate defensive skell when equipped with top level weapons and augments, Mastema White Reaper, on the other hand, can hit the skell damage cap, one-hitting Pharsis and two-hitting Telethia...takes a ridiculous amount of Ultrafauna Slayer augments, though. The Ares is amazing when you first get it, but has limitations that become apparent when fighting the superbosses.

I guess one could try an evasion build with custom wp speed in order to fire an Aghasura every 8 scds or so. Also, defeating Tele with an Ares is possible. Still, I think we can all agree that the relieability of the Leilah is unmatched.

Ares can definitely beat Telethia, I've done it, but it pretty much requires you to either cheese your way through the fight by using attacks at the right time to cancel its sleep attack, or by burning a ton of Frame Patches, as Ares can't heal on its own.
