Question

How good is Bowser Jr.?

I'm considering maining Bowser Jr. (more specifically, Ludwig). I'm not sure how to judge the viability of characters, so would someone please explain whether or not this would be a good idea?

    I dont think hes very good of a character though,I believe hes like low~mid tier

    Jr. can be a really annoying to fight, since he has many ranged and strong options in hands. He has a decent combo game, and has a meteor to finish off. However his recovery is kinda bad and easily exploitable, since when he's hit in during his Up-B you're pretty much screwed.

    Bowser Jr's Mechakoopas are amazing zoning tools, and he has a decent combo game. However, his recovery is exploitable, his grab is bad, his punish game is horrific, and his only good approach option is side B. If you like the character, then by all means go ahead. It's better to use a character you enjoy than one that's really good. Unfortunately, he's probably low tier

    he's kinda tricky.your gonna wanna zone your opponents,and rack up damage with quick attacks,and finish them off with smash attacks.also,his mechakoopas are amazing.crowd control,protection,you can pick it up and z drop it,or just drop it off a cliff to prevent recovery.however,as mentioned,his recovery isn't to good.its not little mac bad,but it's definitely not the best.
