stuck in an endless sudden death

Some guy hacked the game on for glory and now we are stuck in the training stage with all borders closed up. Besides quiting (which will hurt my account) how do I overcome this?

    Um.... You know the person on their customer service line isn't going to do anything right? They're at most going to file your call in a report which will never be read. You act like they are capable of looking up who exactly you faced and ban them, the people on the customer service line don't have that kind of authority

    Oh yea,I asked that question to a user who,lack of a better word,stalks me. He deleted his posts when I called him out on it. But I appreciate your helpfulness. I typically only do art and play smash on here,so when someone hacks my game...I freak out
