SSB LAG

Why is this game so laggy online and why do ppl celebrate as if they can actually play this game? If only these internet companies werent so cheap. good or bad internet u lag the same. You cant measure skill online i swear. Ive only lost to 3 ppl and they are pros. but i lose every game online no matter how much practice i get in.

  • one mans opinion lolz. i wish that were the case. this could be solved by getting better internet but again better doesnt always mean less laggy. especially when the network has yet to catch up with the growing number of ppl using it. gamers arent the only ones using internet you know and all these frequencies dont really help the connectiviy.

  • Smash 4's netcode is actually pretty solid however lag is always present. Input delay can be reduced but even if everyone connected has a stable connection then how much input delay is present is dictated by the distance between the two players who are the furthest away from each other. Framerate slowdown is completely avoidable as long as everyone has a stable connection.

  • i have good internet directly hooked up to my xbox soley and nothing else. my own personal modem that i purchased for gaming. lag is still present and for buisness internet which is about 100 megs is anywhere from 200+. you have to have a reason for it too. price ranges from company to company.
