this keeps happening everytime i try to play this i hate it because i realy love this game and it keeps happening i tried everyway to clean it and it still does this and there no scraches on it so i dont know what the problem is if you guys know any other ways to help please tell me because i really wanna play this game again its my favorite one so if u know a way plz tell me :'(
