Smash Labbing

just about every Tuesday's I play a Stock match were I play with 2 lives and I play until I get 3 losses in stock matches basically were its 3 strikes your out I call it Smash Labbing how many of you guys do these kind of matches if so what days of the week do you do them on and what kind of rules and settings do you guys do while your smash labbing
