@Lara.Moon: Yes I have played the Bayonetta games and I have played the Devil May Cry series, it was still obvious on who was going to win. Even if Bayonetta went all out Dante would still be walking it off in a matter of seconds as she did not possess a way to permanently kill Dante(just like most of his enemies).

dmc3 arkham made vergil and dante a joke. Bayonetta got sword that attacks soul, Hidden powers unrevealed. how do you know dante wins just because he have healing factor ? His soul doesn't have that.

The Death Battles I think were the most incorrect were DK vs Knuckles, Kirby vs Buu, and Link vs Cloud. I'll admit that I haven't played much Zelda, but from what I've seen of him there's no way he'd beat Cloud. The Master Sword being able to purify the Mako Energy Cloud has is just absurd. Mako Energy is just a concentrated form of the Lifestream; it's not an evil energy or unnatural.

They also didn't give Cloud any Materia aside from Ice and Thunder; 2 VERY early-game Materias. They also gave him the Buster Sword, which is his weakest weapon. They at least gave him decent armor, but still; they did everything in their power to make Cloud lose. That said, I don't have much firsthand experience with Zelda games so I'll admit to not being the most fair judge here.

Kirby vs Buu was a joke. They based almost all of Kiby's feats off of the cartoon "Right Back At 'Cha" and argued that Kirby is faster and stronger than all forms of Buu. Even if you want to believe that (which I don't), how can Kirby actually KILL Buu? Supernova - Kirby's best move - is just a big blast, that's it. Buu survived being vaporized multiple times; why would that be any different?

Vegeta blew him into tiny pieces, and he regenerated. Gotenks blew him up, then he & Piccolo incinerated every piece; he still regenerated. The only reason the Spirit Bomb killed Buu is because the Spirit Bomb eradicates evil. Death Battle knows this (they used it as an argument in their Goku vs Superman videos) so logically the only thing Kirby has that could kill Buu is the Star Rod.

The Star Rod was explicitly stated to eradicate evil, but even still it took several hits to put down Nightmare; imagine how many it would take to kill Buu. Kirby copies abilities by eating enemies? Buu copies enemies by merely OBSERVING them (he perfectly duplicated Kamehameha and Instant Transmission by seeing them). No matter how you slice it, Kirby's just outclassed here.

DK vs Knuckles is probably the one I disagree with the most. If DB agrees that Sonic > Mario, and Tails

beats Luigi, then why would DK beat Knuckles? DK is arguably more powerful (we've yet to see the full extent of Knuckles' power though), but what good is power without speed? Knuckles is fast enough to keep up with Sonic; well over 100 mph. Knuckles can swim, glide, climb, & get around the battlefield in a myriad of ways; DK wouldn't be able to hit him. Knuckles should've stomped DK, no question.
