    SAO was annoying blatant wish fulfillment, IMO. Written with a Mary Sue character straight out of a bad fanfiction. I liked that they were willing to try something unexpected in that one twist, but didn't feel like it actually offered much to the story.

    Wrong community. I tried watching SAO. All I went through was cringe and disappointment, due to it looking like a bad fanfiction. SAO Abridged is much better than the actual anime.
