Sudden Death?

If you end up with sudden death does that just mean the original battle was completely meaningless?

    I get what you mean. But still, there has to be a winner. It's kinda like overtime in Football. Also, if you played so long that it resulted in Sudden Death, you should get the hang on how they play (and vice versa) and that might help getting that last meaningful hit.

    It's just an extension of that same battle. You've just spent [five minutes] familiarising yourselves to each other's playstyles and establishing none of you is clearly better than the rest. The first part is no less meaningless during sudden death than, say, the whole game is five minutes later.

    Meaningless? NOT AT ALL! It means you and the enemies were at same strength, having same points… So a Sudden Death has to decide who will be the winner in the end. This doesn't mean the battle was worthless! On the contrary, in my opinion it means you can be proud not to be defeated in the first place, you´re as good as your enemies - so they have to try one more time!!! ;)
