【精華川下流再開発】第186回　『シリーズ赤字』今回紹介する赤字店舗は、「デパート新阿島店」です。新？と思う人もいるかも知れませんが、説明しましょう。以前は、阿島駅在来線ホームのすぐ横にありました。しかし、ミニ新幹線ホーム建設に伴い、現在の位置に移転されました。1年目は黒字でしたが、2年目はあえなく赤字経営です。すぐ裏は、あまり商業施設が無いので、そうなったのかも知れません。 (写真)デパート新阿島店 [次回予告]第187回改正編
