You have to jump on TOP of the pipe after the checkpoint and follow the path to get to this level's Stamp. Unless you're good with the Spin Jump, I HIGHLY recommend using the Cat Suit. Who's dumb idea was it to hide the stamp here, with no visual clues whatsoever anyway? Is Nintendo trolling us?
