【石鉄BUP#2日目】今日は草原支社より、「びわこエクストリーム」（琵琶湖横断貨物橋）を紹介。和訳すると「びわこ過激」という意味になります。おそらく琵琶湖東西の急速発展に願いを込めた名前なんでしょう。貨物線だけあって、質素な造りの橋となっています。列車通過時には最大1mの揺れ幅を記録。30年以内には架け替えが行われる予定です。
