oh rlly? well that shouldnt be too hard. im 10....so time to go for lvl 12 enemies

You have to get your skell icence before you can even controll one

You can't get a license untlill after chapter 6. (PS ground combat is more fun and actually more powerful but harder to do right)

@Rich: Ah, this is so true. Skells can be far too stationary and it would be nice if an emergency dodge roll, auto-block, or and inv dash behind the enemy to cause extra dmg would just radomly activate. Something similar to skills in Front Mission 3 or 4. Or, even arts having more movement would have been great for player stimuli. Imagine two volleys of Hexad or megaflame b with a skill!
