Mr. Game & Roulette

I recently came up with a mondo idea for a new way to Smash! The rules are simple: two players enter, both choose Game & Watch. Set to five stock, and turn on Maxim Tomatoes. Turn on handicap, and set it to ten. This completes setup.

  • The rules in-game are as follows: use only the side special. One player attacks, if the result is a nine, the opponent should lose a stock. If not, the oponent, in theory, should survive. As a result, it's the oponent's turn to do the same. The sane rules apply. Now onto the Maxim Tomatoes. These are in play, solely to be used any time a player peaks sixty percent. If anything less, DO NOT EAT!

  • This cannot be stressed enough, as, above sixty runs the risk of being taken out by something other than a nine. If my calculations are correct, ten or more should be able to be killed with a nine. Have fun Smashing~

  • NOTE: If any of my calculations are wrong, change as needed, and please tell me here in the comments. It would be much appreciated.

  • EDIT: The game is best played on flat stages. This mode should work on both 3DS and Wii U.

  • Sounds like an interesting minigame. I'll try it someday.

  • EDIT 2: It has come to my attention that a handicap of ten will not KO from center stage; up from ten to twenty.

  • EDIT 3: It has come to my attention, again, from playing this have with a friend, twenty will not kill from across the stage. Set to forty. Another note, regarding missing entirely. You and the person playing with you must agree on one of three rules: 1. a miss yields another hit no matter what, 2. a miss yields another hit only if the miss was a nine, or 3. play is alternated every time.
