I just don't get it. I've already completede the requirement for it a long time ago, but it still says that I haven't met the requirements! None of this makes any sense!! Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    press start and go down to "affinity chart". the click on your avatar, find hope, and see if you have the requiored amount of affinity, represnted by hearts

    When confronted with a choice during a mission, pick the choice that you think she would do. If her affinity increased, you'll see a heart pop up over her head. As for soul voices, execute an art with the same color as their soul voice.

    As for your other question, just try activating the affinity mission. Chances are, you dont have a conflicting mission, and it'll go just fine.

    I can't acticate the boot camp affinity mission until I deactivate the hangar. It's one of my requirements.

    That mission doesnt require the hangar, just go try the affinity mission. Boot Camp isnt hard.

    The requirement is "Outfitters Test Hangar must not be in use" and it most likely isn't.

    WHAT!?!??!?!! I don't get it! Before it just kept saying "Affinity requirements not met." even if I had completed all the tasks, and now sudently I can start the mission now!? What happened!?

    Really there's only so much that you can miss. The Hangar is most likely not in use, your affinity with the person isn't on the required level (The hearts are on your affinity chart. If the heart doesn't have a line around it, it's not full yet) you haven't completed the chapter, or your character isn't the required level yet and you need to level up.
