    Never mind, I think I figured it out. I saw a seagull that was stuck in a helmerock's nest and glitching out, then I remembered that you can control a seagull.

    The seagull only let me see what was on the ledges and in the cave. Do I use the Deku Leaf? Do I use the Hookshot?
