    then it'd basically be metagame-defining in Doubles where Protect is everywhere I think the ability will only affect damaging priority moves, though

    The announcement was also announced ahead of time last week (And so was the fact Sun/Moon are gonna be at E3,) it's just that July 1st hit Japan before the US.
