  The island is called Pawprint Isle. That rock in the center is hollow, and it has a crawlspace in it. Crawl inside to find a Hidden Hole. There are several Red Chuchus inside. Once you get the Bombs, you can break the boulders and find Green Chuchus as well. You can sell the Chu Jelly to Beedle. There should be a Piece of Heart somewhere inside as well.

  You can also bring the Chu Jelly to the Potion Shop on Windfall Island. If you give the chemist 15 blobs of Green or Blue Chu Jelly, he'll start selling Green and Blue Potions. He'll also give you a free one at the time so long as you have an Empty Bottle. after that, giving him 5 blobs of Chu Jelly will get you another free potion of the corresponding color each time.

  There's no Blue Chus on Pawprint Isle. There's 23 of them total, and each of them will only drop a blob of Blue Chu Jelly once, so don't sell them if you want to unlock Blue Potions on Windfall Island. Even if they're not at Windfall yet, you can get Blue Potions from the Potion Shop inside Forest Haven. The Korok in the shop will take four of your Boko Baba seeds in exchange for a Blue Potion.
