Warp air dodges = OP ?

Alright everyday when warming up for my amiibos to train me and my mastery of competitive fundamentals, I always get someone who has this seemingly powerful air dodge from random. What you guys think? Is it annoying for you as well? To me Rosalina is a villan when it comes to this.

    Warping air dodges are more of a visual thing instead of a better as you can still follow the tag. Mewtwo's air dodge however comes out earlier than most air dodges giving him one of, if not, the best air dodge.
