Now, the "boss" of Master Quest Map is all the way in top-left corner of the map. Also, there are squares where you need to search that the proper item cards you use aren't the ones you should be using. In squares where enemies aren't in sight, if you see a suspicious space that is a tree or something that moves, or perhaps no object at all, you are to use a recorder (it looks like a flute).

Oh okay I understand, thank you. Yes, I'm still pretty early in Master Quest Map. This question is slightly off-topic, but don't all kids learn the recorder in Japan? I grew up in America, so I never got to do it.

Yeah, in most Japanese schools, recorder is an one of the instruments used in music classes.

I'm pretty far in Master Quest Map now (in Hyrule Warriors (Wii U), that is; I haven't unlocked it in Hyrule Warriors Legends (3DS) yet). I have 12 blue squares and all of red squares yet to be played. Of the squares I cleared so far, 7 of them are "Don't get hit!" challenges, 3 being in Adventure Battles. There may be more coming, and it's getting a lot harder now, so I have to be prepared.

If you need help, let me know. And uh, for my "Don't get hit!" challenges in Challenge Battle, I didn't use any apothecary mixtures at all, and all of them that I cleared so far went well. Remember my strategies when you get into "Don't get hit!" challenges.

Oh okay, that's enviable :) You are very far. I still have a lot of uncovered squares on there. I'm trying to play other maps with easier squares so I can level up everyone by fighting and with rupees.

As with other games like Etrian Odyssey games, don't rush, take your time. And remember, practice makes perfect, so practice well as you train warriors and raise fairies.

When you beat the "boss" of Master Quest Map, you'll unlock the last 2 of hard-core Adventure Maps, Twilight Map and Termina Map, at the same time. Those are the maps where you'll find Level 4 weapons, also known as +-grade weapons (like Magical Sword + or Din's Harp +), for hard-core warriors. As always, do your best!

I have my current Master Quest Map progress in Hyrule Warriors (Wii U) posted. If you want to see it, take a look at my most recent post.

So how did you think is my progress? As you saw, all of the squares I cleared so far are A-Ranked (you can tell it by a gold dot at the top-right corner of each square). Also, I got all rewards, A-Rank rewards, and treasures in squares I cleared so far. I'm getting there, but again, it's getting a lot harder now, and there may be more "Don't get hit!" challenges coming, so I have to be prepared.

I think you're progressing really well! I'm gonna try really hard to get all A-Rank items too!

Now, in Japan, eShop updates are usually Wednesdays at 10:00 AM JST. However, this week, there is a national holiday 山の日 (National Mountain Day), created this year and celebrated on August 11 of every year, so that's why eShop update this week is pushed forward to Tuesday.

So, where exactly are you in Master Quest Map? Can you show me part of it? And uh, did you bump into "Don't get hit!" challenges in Master Quest Map yet?

Um, oops I'm sorry. I've been talking about Master Quest Map and when I went to get a screenshot I realized I was mistaking it for Master Wind Waker Map. So I think I haven't unlocked that one yet.

It's okay. Just keep it up. The "boss" of Great Sea Map is in the 3rd row from the top, 6th column from the right. And the "boss" of Master Wind Waker Map is to the right of where you started, bottom row, 4th square from the left. Now, are there any weapons that you haven't unlocked yet? I may be able to help you.

Now, they're available now, and you have Legends of Hyrule pack, so you're good to go! So whenever possible, download the update of the game, and then inside the game, go to Extras, and then Download Again. When you're asked to update the add-on content, do so. After those, enjoy!
