Cassie, a 19 year old, came back from the store holding a birdcage. Cassie had moved into her home a week ago. It was lonley, so she earned enough money to buy a bird. Inside the birdcage was a red-eyed crow. "Hmm..." Cassie said, thinking of a name. She looked over at her crow. His red eyes and pitch black feathers made him look like a nightmare. 'Thats it!' Cassie thought.

"I'll call you Nightmare!" Cassie told the crow. She went to the kitchen to get some grapes. When she came back to the living room to door to the birdcage was wide open. "Nightmare! Where are you?!" "Caw." Cassie looked up to see the rather small bird on the ceiling fan, holding the TV remote in his talons. Cassie put the bowl of grapes on the coffe table.
