    First use the bow and arrow to defeat Cycklos who can be found in a giant tornado south of Windfall, after he teaches you the Ballad of Gales use it to warp to Mother and child island. But you can only get the arrows after you've visited the Forsaken-fortress for the second time

    you need to defeat cyclos in his big tornado and learn the cyclone song then use it to enter the mother and child isles to speak to the fairy queen. hope this helps dude .
