I just happened to come across this island next to bomb island.The fish said that there is a chart on it that shows you where to find the yellow somethings who apparently were there before.He also said that I would need to talk to a gull to find the chart on the island.At the end, it led me to this place and I dont know what i need to do to find the chart. Does anybody know what I need to do?

    Stand on the Wind Crest (The pad with the four wind symbols) and play the Wind's Requiem. A chest will appear on the Triforce Crest. Although you do need to come get this eventually, it isn't necessary until the final dungeon. You got there WAY ahead of schedule.
