    You'll need some Hyoi Pears (I may have butchered the name) preferably 4-5 of them. You'll need to control some seagulls and have them hit some switches in the Kargaroc nests to Link's left in this screenshot. I'd suggest trying to shoot some of the Kargarocs (it might be possible) before sending in a seagull since they will be attack and even one hit will cause Link to lose control.
