also i forgot to mention. last night i finally unlocked the regi trio chambers and caught regirock. i tried to catch regice but his defense is just so low it's hard to use a move without killing him and getting him down to catchable hp at the same time.😬

    The way I do it, I Swords Dance -> False Swipe with Garchomp then switch and use Sleep Powder or Stun Spore with Lilligant or something. Cause that makes catching things even more easy. just some stuff i thought i'd share.
