    You have to complete complete the missions for the man who runs the pictograph shop. Stake out the postbox for the first photo he needs. Then show him the scared man in the cafe (knock the wall). Then a photo of the man who glances at the girl in the square (wait - he walks around town & the glance is really short). Good luck!
