Can't sleep Help...

Well I'm done for I guess, I have a sleeping disorder which I have to take sleeping pills, So I have taken the pills and its been 2 hours and I still can't sleep...

    you've tryed every other method? physical exertion is a good way to be more tired or, if you rapidly open and close your eyelids, it will slowly make you more tired :) [ i hope it helped]

    have you tried putting on a movie youve already seen before on netflix.it might help becuase i cant sleep but if i put a movie on netflix it helps.
