    The Campgrounds are unlocked when you have visitors from other islands via streetpass. The Dock is for sending your own Mii children (only if you want and once theyre grownish) and The visitors you gain from streetpass off your island. Hope this helps.

    You activate your streetpass for Tomodachi Life and pass by another RL person who also has the game. I normally take my DS with me while I go on the train to work and find a few streetpasses here and there. :3
